Culture Change Champion project, in collaboration with UEA, wins national Chancellor’s Award for Innovation and Impact
We're really pleased to share that the Culture Change Champion project, delivered in collaboration with the University of East Anglia (Julie Young, Prof Elsbeth Neil), has received national recognition. UEA has been awarded the prestigious Chancellor’s Award for Innovation and Impact, highlighting the meaningful change this project is bringing to adoption practice.
Adoption England is proud to be part of this important work, with our Practice and Development Lead, Vicky Swift, contributing as a member of the project team.
Reflecting on the award, Vicky said:
“It was wonderful to be part of UEA’s awards and see the Culture Change project, which Adoption England is proud to support, receive the highest honour of the evening – the Chancellor’s Award. It’s truly humbling to witness the passion and drive of the champions leading this work. The award is a reflection of years of dedication from UEA and the tireless efforts of the sector.”
A huge thank you to all the champions involved for their continued commitment to improving adoption practice. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this achievement!
