The EP data collection template, developed by colleagues working on the North East & Cumbria EP project, is now available for use. This tool can be utilised to monitor EP data across a pan-region efficiently.

The template features a guidance tab at the beginning of the spreadsheet to assist with its completion. Additionally, the ‘overall data’ tab automatically pulls data from the individual RAA/VAA tabs, streamlining the data collection process.

We encourage you to tweak and use this resource to fit your local needs, ensuring accurate and efficient monitoring of EP data across your region.
